My Top 5 YouTube Channels

Good afternoon planner ladies!!

Now lets get real for a second....
I know I'm not the only planner girl that spends hours binge watching YouTube... right?

So because of that, I thought I would do a post on my few favorite channels and why I like them.

First off I want to say that this post is COMPLETELY from my own personal opinions. These are truly my Top 5 subscribed channels on YouTube and where I get majority of my inspiration from.

@livingthewifelife

To start off, my number one favorite YouTube channel is LivingtheWifeLife. Kim has done multiple types of videos from Plan with Me's, pen tests, hauls, and the list goes on.
My reasoning for having her as my favorite is her simplicity. It seems like "no white space planning" has taken off and there are TONS of YouTube videos on that kind of Plan with Me. Kim does a more functional spread along with using stickers and washi. I enjoy watching her PWM as well as her hauls because she's always so honest and kind-spirited.
@randi.plans

Another favorite of mine is Randi from @randi.plans on IG and YouTube. Randi is currently using two planners that she features on her Plan with Me's. She is using an Erin Condren as well as a Target Weekly Day Designer. I LOVE watching her PWM because of her simplicity as well. She has such cute layouts, and they are also extremely functional! Plus her handwriting is to die for. Seriously beautiful.

@sarahboparah

Next up is Sarah from @sarahboparah! Sarah is a wonderful woman who provided me with tons of inspiration. I say that because after watching her videos, I learned about the "Power Hour" technique which has really helped me in being productive. Sarah does her PWM's a little different than most. She does them with a Plan-as-I-Go technique so she only plans one day at a time. Each day she records herself setting up that day, and then compiles all of the videos for one PWM. She is also extremely functional and minimalistic when it comes to stickers and washi. Sarah is also extremely awesome because she is doing her thesis on Harry Potter. It doesn't get much cooler than that!!!

@eeplans

Next up is Erin from @eeplans! Erin's videos always crack me up. She is always up to try new things, like "No White Space" spreads and lettering. Erin's planner spreads are always adorable, and unique. She is such a sweetheart, and is always honest in her reviews on stickers, or on life itself. She also does a cool video when she lets her husband plan her week which was the cutest thing ever. She also does hauls, and shows stickers from a lot of Australian shops which are really beautiful. Erin also does the Same but Different weeks which also always features new and different stickers.

@llamaletters

And last but not least, Cindy from @llamaletters. Cindy does an array of videos from Hot Mess PWM to lettering videos. She has the prettiest handwriting, and is so inspiring to others. My favorite part about her videos is that they are raw and they are real. They are uncensored which I think is hilarious. Her PWM are unique and inspiring to others in the community. Cindy has great videos for starting planners, letter-er's, and doodlers as she has many videos on pens, different planners, and planner kits you can watch. Right now she is doing a video everyday challenge which is pretty cool! If you don't like swearing or the realness of life, I wouldn't suggest watching her videos, but everyone else, get your butts over there and check her out. It's pretty awesome how talented Cindy is!

These are just a few of my favorite YouTube ladies! There are so many planning channels out there that provide so much inspiration to the community. YouTube and Instagram has really helped change the planning community and I'm so blessed that these ladies take time out of their busy lives to help make the rest of the world more productive.

So again, thank you ladies!!

I'm off to watch more planner videos ;)

Happy planning!!

Until next time,
Jennifer

  2. I have a ton of planner videos I need to catch up. I love planner videos as well. Just like anything planner related, I'm addicted to them too! Lol!

    I have done a few of my own on my channel but not many as I don't have a tripod and it's hard to film with one hand and do stuff with just one hand. I think I will buy a tripod one of these days.
