Limelife Planner Planner Review

It's that time ladies! I know several of you were looking forward to this post, and it's finally here!
Over the past 3 years I've been a faithful Erin Condren Planner user. I loved her stuff, and still do. But I needed a change for several reasons. I had also followed many Limelife Planner users, and always loved the color and style they have. They offer so many different types of layouts that will fit anyone's needs. Leslie and Tasha make an incredible planner that is extremely customizable.
I purchased a planner that begins in June through May. This is one thing that I like that separates them from EC. You can choose the time frame that you want to use your planner. EC only offers 2 options: 12 month that runs January - December, and an 18 month that runs July-December. That doesn't give you a lot of options, and it doesn't work with anyone's class schedule.

The paper of this planner is very nice and smooth. Although there is a little bleed through when I use the sharpie pen, it's not bad enough to annoy me, plus I could always use the g2's that don't bleed. The paper holds color very well, and I'm loving all of the bright colors that they put throughout the planner.

The Cover
Lets start from the very beginning: The Cover
Check out this adorable cover. The pink is so beautiful and bright. I opted not to have my name on the front because I'll be doing a lot of social work things this year, and I want to make sure that my name isn't on it. I chose this pattern because I know it's something that I could love all year.
I really like the color of this with the pink, gold, and white. And the quote really fits me. Overall, it's perfect if you ask me.
As you can see from the picture, the coil is bigger than the EC coil, and I love that it'll give me room to expand, and never have a weird bulky feeling like my planner has now.
This picture isn't the greatest because I had to try and take a photograph where you couldn't see the glare. But head on over to my IG, and you'll see a better picture of it.

Front Plastic Folder
Right after the cover, she includes a small plastic folder for storage. Erin Condren Life Planners have a double sided folder which mine always accumulated tons of stuff. So for me, I enjoy the smaller folder for less accumulation. I will have a place to little things, like bills or note pages, but it won't be a catch all. I'm also considering using it as a dashboard for post-it notes.
Page One
This is the front page. So when you open up the planner, this is the first page you see. It is so bright and colorful, and reminds you to only worry about today. Everyone needs that reminder every once in a while, right ladies? I seriously love the detail and color they have all the way through the planner.
Special Dates
Limelife includes this page of all the holidays that are in 2015 and 2016. They do this because they do not include the dates on their physical calenders. This works because if you don't celebrate certain holidays, you can customize it to fit your needs.
Important Dates
Here's another part of the Limelife Planner that I really love. I'm using this to mark all birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and important dates that you have coming up that year. I like doing it so that when I sit down at the beginning of each month to decorate, I have all the dates right there and I can make everyone's cards at the beginning of the month.

 Months at a Glance
They also include 2015, 2016, and 2017 months at a glance. They are SO pretty, and colorful. Although future planning terrifies me, at least this makes it a little more bearable.

Monthly Dividers
One of my favorite things about this planner is that they have distinct cardstock dividers that dictate the months. The ECLP has dividers but they were just paper and right on that, was the monthly calendar. These are completely separate, and I love that. Plus the colors are so cute, and girly. I have already picked washi to go with each month ;)!

Here's an up close photo of the tabs. They are very sturdy and the notes and social media section have very colorful pages,
Goal Page
This portion is meant to set goals and meet them by a specific deadline. But I do not like to do that. For right now, I'm going to leave this alone, and try and do something else with it.
Contact Sheets
This is another one of my favorite parts of this planner. The EC has this in a separate book, but I really wanted it in my planner. And when I saw this, I knew it was something that I needed to have, and I love it. It comes with 2 sheets, front and back.

Monthly Layout
I really love the simplicity of this layout. The boxes are a little smaller than the Erin Condren, but it's so pretty. I've already decorated it, so I love how it looks now. I love making monthly tasks for myself, and having everything on two sheets. I truly love the colors, and organized look of this layout. I don't feel overwhelmed when I look at it, and there is an entire set of boxes at the bottom that I can use for whatever I please. I don't have plans for it yet, but I have ideas!

Weekly Layout
Let me start out by saying how much I LOVE THIS LAYOUT. There is so much more room than what I'm used to. I love that she doesn't use much color on these pages, and it allows me to decided which color I want to use. It gives you space for a weekly To Do on the left side, with a weekly goal at the bottom. I haven't decided if I want to break it up into sections, or just do it as a morning, day, and night section. For the first week, I decided to do the MDN sections, but they'll be a lot of trial and error to come this next month.

Note Pages

I love how many note pages that are included in this planner. It allows me to add my own inserts and utilize this planner to fit my needs. My plans are to add wish lists, bill trackers, goals, and to-dos. There are approximately 52 pages, which is TONS of room for whatever you need. And they all have the cute glitter dots above the pages! So cute.
Add Ons
Limelife Planner has an add-on section where they have several different things you can add into your planner. They offer: Photography, Budget, Menu, Fitness, Social Media, Current Projects, and To Do's. They also offer downloadable add ons, extra note pages, folders, and the ability to add additional months.
Social Media Add On
Out of all the options, I chose to add on the social media extras for $15.00.  I love this for so many reasons. Although I have a blogging notebook with my ideas and calendar's, this allows me to make goals and plans inside my planner. As you can see below, they have Facebook, Instagram, and Blog sections along with 2 overall goal sections which I like a lot.
This is the Social Media Tracking page that allows you to track your followers//subscribers, the amount it increases over the month, and any notes you may have. In the notes, you could do a number of things: mark how many posts you did, maybe you took a week off of blogging, etc. This page is pretty cool and I'm excited to see how this helps me in planning and watching my social media growth.
They also give you a spot to mark personal social media goals that you may have for yourself, or to jot down notes or ideas you may have on the go.

This is the Instagram Plan. I do a lot work and promoting on my Instagram so I plan on utilizing this to the best of it's ability.

I don't do much on Facebook promoting my blog, but I might have to start so I can use this adorable page :)
I love that I will have separate blog posts sections in this planner so when I'm on the go, I can make notes and write down my ideas.
As you can see by all the "this is what I love" comments, I am obsessed with this planner. I love how Leslie and Tasha created such a gorgeous colorful planner, but yet leave so much room for you to create your own masterpiece.
I'm very excited to see how this planner works out for me over the year, and how I will customize this to be my own. For a crafter and planner, I like having options and ways to customize things, and with the Limelife Planner, they let you do that.
Leslie and Tasha spent a lot of time creating something that would satisfy their customers and they absolutely did that. I can see myself using this planner for a lifetime as things begin to change for me. This is the year that I will graduate with my Masters degree in social work, and so much is bound to change for me, and I can't imagine completing it with any other planner.

Thank you Leslie and Tasha for the beautiful planner that you created to meet the needs of your customers. You are aiding in the growth of women's careers all over the world, and making their dreams come true.

If you are looking for a planner to meet your every need, this is it. Head on over to and look over everything they have. I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Stay tuned for a post on how I made this planner mine, and customized it to make it mine!

Etsy Spotlight: The Classy Ladybug

Happy Saturday my planner girls!!!
I'll be honest with you. I have really enjoyed getting to know you ladies over the past few months, and the women that participated in this series. It has come to my attention, through a nasty IG "email/DM" that I am "trying to rip off small business owners and steal their stickers because I do not have money to purchase them". I, in no way, meant for this blog to be that. I don't do this for the free stickers. I do it because I know how difficult it is for small business to get their names out there when you have such large shops over shadowing you. My main reason for doing this, is honestly to get to know the names behind the stores. I love working with people. My full-time career (yes, i do have money to pay for stickers.....) is social work and I work with people all day. I love women who are working hard to create their own businesses to provide for their family, and if I can help in anyway, I try to do that. I do not do this for the freebies, or for the perks. I enjoy blogging about planners and stickers, and if I can help you, than so be it.
I have thought about ending this series and starting a new one, but since my post on IG, I have received several emails from other women wanting to be part of this so it will go on!!!!!
Thank you ladies for sticking up for me, and realizing that I'm not coming at this for selfish reason, but because I've enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you.
Now to the mail reason of this post:
Etsy Spotlight : The Classy Ladybug
Wendy reached out to me on etsy and asked to be part of the spotlight series. I am so glad she did because that was the first time that I've ever heard of her shop, and let me tell's awesome. Her paper is fantastic. It's more of a glossy paper, and that's different for me. Usually I use matte paper when I order because I like to write on them, but hers are so cute. I really like that hers are different than any others, because to me, that made them stand out. Wendy sent me a massive collection and variety of different stickers.

Here are the stickers she sent me:

First up, her money sampler. I absolutely love this sampler. I am one of the few that pay their bills with checks still, so I love that she has the checkbook on here. I'm  totally going to use that on the first day of the month when I sit down and write every check out. The rest will be used to mark when credit card bills are due, and pay days. I'm also starting a savings plan, so I'm going to use the cute pigs to mark end of the month totals.

I am loving these target hearts. I'm going to obviously use these when I need to go raid the Target dollar spots!!!

OMG! These are probably some of my favorite stickers I have ever received. These are the cutest little Target dogs I have ever seen. I think these will mean that I'll be going to Target a lot more than usual just so I can use these. Thanks, Wendy!

This is her nursing collection, and they are so adorable! These are actually up for a giveaway on my Instagram: JenniferLynneDesigns! Since I'm not a nurse, I figured someone else would use these better than I :)

I love these grocery bags as well. She leaves  a spot for you to write the amount you spent. I'm using these to mark the amount I send at the grocery store. I really love the quality of these stickers.

These adorable brushes are the cutest things ever. Obviously, I am going to use them as their intended purchase.

Seriously obsessed with these.. I grew up watching ClueLess, and it was by far one of my favorite shows. Wendy didn't know that when she included this, but I'm seriously obsessed. THANKS WENDY!!!!!!

These are so cute as well. I'm going to use them to mark when I go to the public market. It's one of my favorite places in the world, and never thought there would be such a perfect sticker for it, and now there is. Love them!

Everybody hates doing laundry (i think, at least I do) but when you have cute, colorful laundry baskets to mark it, it makes it a little bit easier. I really love the glossiness of these.

I hate weighing myself, but these are so cute to mark it. I do have a goal right now to lose 7 pounds, so I'm going to use these to make sure I keep my butt on task.

These are going to serve two purposes. I'm going to use them to mark when I fill up my tank, and also when my gas logs are due for my job. I keep track of all the financials at my company in terms of fuel (I work in the car rental business) so every month I need to turn in everything so these will be perfect.

And seriously Wendy? You are amazing. Who doesn't love Mean Girls and their quotes. I'm pretty sure every female can quote this movie, and now I can put them in my planner. WAHOO. That's so fetch, Wendy! ;)

I am loving these Sex and the City martini glasses!!! And the quotes! I never watched the show, but I have watched the movie. I'm going to have to watch the TV series now, here I come Netflix! ;)

This is a super cute green and purple sampler. I'm obsessed with the stars and arrows. These will definitely be put to use this month as the color theme in my new Limelife planner is green. So cute.

I LOVE THESE!! I love the colors and brightness of these weekend banners. They are also a little bit shiny which makes them so cute on the planner page!!!
These are so different and unique, I love them! Seriously so cute.

And what girl doesn't like stickers that resemble pampering yourself? I've totally already used these to mark my manicures that I treat myself every two weeks. Getting my nails done, is so relaxing to me.

As you can see Wendy is very talented and has fantastic quality.
She offers so many options as you can see, but
She is such a sweetheart, and has fantastic customer service. She even messaged me several times just to make sure that my followers had the special coupon code. She's a doll.

The special coupon code is:
JLD25 for 25% off your entire purchase

Seriously go checkout her shop, it's amazing and a one-stop-shop!
To Wendy, thank you for your kindness and generosity! And thank you for having my back with those Etsy Bullies! ;)

Until next time my friends,

Etsy Spotlight: peachy.keen.designs

Happy Saturday Beautiful Planner Ladies!!!
Today's blog post is on a wonderful lady that goes by the name Peachy.Keen.Designs. Brandi is a very sweet woman that hooked me up with a bunch of goodies from her shop. Usually when I receive Etsy Spotlight packages, I get extremely excited because I know someone spent a lot of time working on the goodies in the envelope. Brandi, was no exception.

First off, let me start out by saying that Brandi has recently changed her name, so on these stickers you will see the name BNB DESIGNS TX, but her new etsy and Instagram name is Peachy.Keen.Designs. She is currently using both Etsy shops, but her new one is not fully stocked.
In Peachy.Keen.Designs, she will have printables as well as regular purchasable stickers.

Okay, lets not waste any time and look at the beauties she sent me!
First up, these adorable beer stickers. I'm not a huge drinker but every once in awhile I like to go out with my friends, so I'll probably use these to mark when I set up happy hour dates, or maybe even concerts. (But I usually go for the food, not the beer. Lets be serious here ;) )

Here are so adorable rings. I'm not sure what I'm going to use these for but they come in adorable colors, and are very cute. If you guys have any suggestions on what to use them for, leave them in the comments below!

As you can see, I was so excited to use these water intake stickers, that I used one before I took the picture! ;) I am using these to make sure I am staying hydrated and fueled up for my workouts.
And I'm going to use these adorable Instagram stickers to mark when I do my giveaways, which stay tuned for a pretty awesome one in the next few weeks. I love that she uses the hearts in the camera lens, it really makes them unique.

I am LOVING these workout flags! I love the size of them because when I put them in the box, it still gives me room to write what workout I did next to them. This helps me stay organized in that area of my life, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
And these cute mixers!! I don't really cook, but I might have to start just so I can use these super cute mixers. The colors are so pretty and bright.

I haven't decided what I'm going to use these apple stickers for, but they're very cute. I might save them for the fall and use them when we go apple picking or do fall activities! Rochester NY falls are GORGEOUS!
And everyone can use label flags, right? Especially when they come in these cute colors. They are so bright and springy. I love them!

I mean check out these next items. I am seriously in love with the rainbow boxes! They are perfect for check lists, or just to add a pop of color to your page.
And these nautical theme stickers?! I may have jumped up and down when I saw these. I have an obsession with anchors. I love decorating with them.
They both fit perfectly in the Erin Condren Life Planner boxes, and add such a unique charm to your pages and layouts.

Who doesn't love cute and colorful cars? You can use them to mark car maintenance, car payments, or even when you put gas in! These are different than any other cars I've seen, and I just adore them.

These are for weight watcher I believe. But I'm going to use them for my "me time" because I believe sometimes that I'm Wonder Woman ;).

These little errand stickers fir perfectly in the MDN boxes, as well as on your sidebar which is where I used the one thats missing from the picture. There are so many color options offered on this one sheet, and it's great quality.

Trash cans! I still live at home, so I don't worry much about when the trash needs to go out, but I am going to use this for "decluttering". Whether it be for when I need to go through my closets and donate clothes that I don't wear anymore, or when I need to go through my planner pockets and take out the things that I'm not using like past monthly themes or things like that.

No one likes paying those credit card bills, but at least Brandi's stickers make it bearable by having adorable colors!

I mean...the bows..c'mon! These are the CUTEST bows I have ever seen! I'm already afraid to use them because I definitely don't want to run out of them! Haha. I think I'm going to use them to mark when I get my hair done, or just to decorate my page.
And these adorable paw prints (which I used because my Willow just got spayed). Super cute colors, and a great size!

First off, I want to thank Brandi for supplying me with all of these stickers. You went above and beyond, and you are truly wonderful.

For you buyers, I can promise you that you will NOT be disappointed with the stickers from her shop. They all are prefectly cut, brilliantly bright colors, and she has such a variety.

Coming soon in her shop, she will have different types of printables that you can take advantage of.
Her printables will include: grocery lists, menus, cleaning schedules, and printable stickers.

My top 5's on her shop:
1. She shipped in a bubble envelope so all the stickers came in great condition.
2. Gorgeous color paletes!
3. She has the perfect cut, and great quality sticker paper.
4. SO many options!!!
5. The bows & rainbow die for.

Brandi thank you so much for being part of my series, and I look forward to seeing these new printables!!

Followers go check out her etsy shop and use the code, JLD25, for 25% off your purchase.

Thank you for stopping by!!

Weekend Update

Hello friends! What a weekend it has been! I feel like not only was this weekend full of relaxation, I was also able to get a lot accompli...
